Return Eligibility — Kits

Due to the intimate and medical nature of our insemination devices, kits must be unused and unopened with the original security seal fully intact to be eligible for return. We are unable to accept returns on any kit where the security seal has been broken or removed, regardless of whether the product was used.

This policy exists to protect every customer's health and safety. We take hygiene and sterility seriously — it's part of why our products work.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at contact@makeamom.com with your order number
• Confirm that the security seal is intact and the item is unused/unopened
• We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
• Package your kit securely in its original packaging
• Drop it off at any USPS location
• Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return

Non-Returnable Items

• Any kit with a broken or missing security seal
• Any kit that has been opened, used, or tampered with
• Opened supplement bottles

Supplements

• Unopened supplements with seal intact: full refund within 90 days
• Opened supplements: not eligible for return

Damaged or Defective Products

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@makeamom.com. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the damaged item.
