Delivery Time

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at returns@makeamom.com with your order number
• We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
• Package your kit in its original packaging (or any secure box)
• Drop it off at any USPS location
• Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Condition Requirements

• Kits can be returned in new or used condition (we know you might try it first — that's the point)
• All accessories must be included
• Original packaging preferred but not required

Supplements

• Unopened supplements: full refund within 90 days
• Opened supplements: refund within 30 days if less than half consumed

Damaged or Defective Products

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@makeamom.com. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the damaged item.
