O comprador deverá revisar as instruções e garantir que o uso do aparelho esteja estritamente de acordo com as instruções e quaisquer avisos no rótulo. You may return it within 30 days of receiving the product if it is Un-Opened. You will need to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the MakeAmom arrived damaged or missing parts we will provide you with a free replacement - If your item arrived damaged you must bring this to our attention within 72 hours of your items delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
In order to return an item, your item must be un opened and un used, you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact us via live chat and speak with a customer service agent. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. Shipments that are returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund. Ship via USPS postal mail. Send pre-authorized un opened un used returns with RMA # to: Returns Processing c/o MakeAmom 2450 Courage St STE 108 - AS4092. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your RMA number. MakeAmom makes no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to MakeAmom's website or the products and services sold hereunder. MakeAmom expressly disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability, no infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. MakeAmom does not warrant that operation of MakeAmom online will be uninterrupted or free from errors, that defects will be corrected or that MakeAmom's website or its server are free of viruses or other harmful components.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription Fees

Card holder's account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month.

Discounts, rebates or other special offers are not valid for subscriptions.

MakeAmom may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.

Subscriptions are an offering of products at a discounted rate renewed on a monthly basis. The minimum acceptable subscription time period is 2 months. We do not accept purchases of a subscription package to save money over our standard offerings with a subsequent cancelation prior to the second billing cycle having been successfully completed.
Cancelling Subscription Account

You can cancel your subscription from your account profile page.

Subscriptions must be canceled in writing on the live help chat window or at contact@makeamom.com at-least 14 calendar days prior to the next billing cycle on your account. You will need to provide the shipping address, billing address, Order name and recipient name within the cancelation request for it to be valid.

Once you cancel your membership subscription in proper format and timeframe prescribed above, you will nolonger be billed.
Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, subscription items are non returnable beyond the very first item delivered.
This means that if you sign up for a 3 month subscription and receive the first month item, then one entire month goes by and you are billed again and another item is delivered to you, you CANNOT return or refund either of those items.
Only your very first item is returnable and only within 30 days of your purchase with notification and RMA. Once your second, third, fourth... and all future items are delivered to you within your subscription, they shall be interpreted to have been duplicate purchases based on the knowledge and experience you gained using the product within your 30 day trial.

To qualify for a full refund under the MakeAMom Pregnancy Guarantee Plan, the member must meet the following conditions:

1. Continuous Active Membership
-
The customer must maintain an uninterrupted subscription to the Pregnancy Guarantee Plan for the full 12-month period.
• All monthly payments must be completed.
• Subscription must not be paused, canceled, or allowed to lapse. -
2. Supplement Usage Requirement
-
The member must take the provided fertility supplements as directed on the product label. To verify adherence, the member must provide:
• A photo of each month’s bottle(s), taken within the month of use, OR
• A simple monthly check-in confirmation (email) stating the supplements are being taken as directed.

3. Ovulation Tracking Requirement
-
To show consistent participation in the fertility plan, the member must:
• Use the provided ovulation tests monthly, and
• Keep a simple photo log of positive ovulation tests or negative if applicable (date-stamped phone photos are enough). -

4. Medical Documentation Requirement
-
After 12 months, if no pregnancy has occurred, the member must submit a Physician’s Letter stating:

Patient identity matches the subscription holder
-
Physician’s name, credentials, license number, and contact information
-
Statement that:
• The patient is within normal fertile parameters for her age OR has no known medical infertility diagnosis that would independently impede natural conception
• The patient has not been pregnant within the 12-month program period
• There is no medically diagnosed condition that would make conception impossible regardless of supplement use -

5. Attempt-to-Conceive Requirement

The member must confirm attempts to conceive occurred during the 12-month period.
This can be as simple as:
• Text records or receipts
OR
• A signed statement submitted with the refund request.

6. Deadline to Request Refund
-
The request for refund must be submitted within 30 days after completing the 12th month.

7. Verification of No Pregnancy
-
The member must confirm:
• No positive pregnancy tests occurred during the program, and
• No medical diagnosis of pregnancy occurred during the program. -
If the member was pregnant at any point—even if resulted in miscarriage—the guarantee is fulfilled
