Taking a fertility supplement can be beneficial for a woman trying to conceive because it can help to support the health of the reproductive system and increase the chances of pregnancy. Fertility supplements often contain a blend of vitamins, minerals, and herbs that are important for reproductive health, such as folic acid, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids. These nutrients can help to regulate the menstrual cycle, improve egg quality, and support the development of a healthy pregnancy. Additionally, fertility supplements may also contain ingredients that support the production of and stabilize hormones and improve blood flow to the reproductive organs, both of which are important for fertility. Overall, taking a fertility supplement can be a helpful addition to a healthy lifestyle and fertility plan for a woman trying to conceive.

There are several reasons why taking supplements may be important for a man who is looking to increase sperm count, maintain a healthy PH, boost motility, regularize morphology, enhance fructose levels and normalize white blood cell levels within the ejaculate.

Supplements can help ensure that he is getting all of the essential vitamins and minerals that his body needs to function properly. This is especially important for male fertility, as certain nutrients, such as zinc and selenium, are important for sperm production and may help improve his chances of conceiving a child successfully.
Ingredients like Maca and Grape seed extract promote a healthy prostate, and CoQ10, Magnesium and Vitamin D promote healthy testosterone production.

Supplements can help support and optimize the various systems in the mans body that are involved in fertility, including the reproductive system, the immune system, and the endocrine system. By providing the mans body with the nutrients it needs to function optimally, supplements help improve fertility and increase the mans chances of conceiving a child.

For both men and and women, taking supplements is an important and convenient way to support your fertility goals, especially if you are unable to get all of the nutrients you need from your diet alone. By taking a high-quality supplement formulated specifically for fertility, you can ensure that you are getting all of the nutrients your body needs to support a healthy reproductive system.

You are ready for home insemination

How to home insemination

To begin the home insemination process, follow these steps:

  1. Collect the sperm from the donor, friend or partner using the sterile container provided.

  2. Wash your hands thoroughly, transfer the sperm into the syringe by pulling the plunger back drawing all of the fluid into the barrel of the syringe tube.

  3. Apply a small amount of sterile lubricant to the tip of the syringe if not enough cervical mucous is present.

  4. Find the opening of the cervix, which is the lower part of the uterus that connects the uterus to the vagina. To find the opening of the cervix, insert your index or middle finger into your vagina and feel for a small opening at the top of the vaginal wall (the dilated ovulating cervix). The opening of the cervix may feel firm and round, like the tip of your nose.

  5. Gently insert the tip of the home insemination kit into the vaginal canal against the opening of the cervix and push the plunger to release the sperm into the opening of the cervix.

  6. After the sperm has been inserted, leave the syringe in place for at least 15 minutes, then gently remove the syringe, clean it thoroughly and store it in a safe and sanitary manner.
